About Us

At Lettuce Grow, we believe growing your own food shouldn't be a hobby reserved for people with a yard, a green thumb, or a lot of free time.

We started Lettuce Grow around a simple idea: if growing food were easier, more people would do it. Our self-watering hydroponic growing systems are designed to make it surprisingly simple to grow fresh herbs, greens, vegetables, and flowers at home — even if you've never grown anything before.

Our founder, Jacob, still remembers pulling a turnip from the ground and being struck by something bigger than how good it tasted: the feeling of being connected to his food in a way that buying it could never quite replicate.

We think more people are craving that feeling today. The last generation of technology made everything easier to consume. We believe the next opportunity is making it easier to participate.

Growing your own food doesn't mean becoming a farmer or moving to a homestead. It can be as simple as snipping basil for dinner, picking lettuce for a salad, or steeping tea from herbs you grew yourself.

Return Policy

FARMSTAND

We allow Farmstand returns within 90 days of the delivery date. In order to complete your return, you must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Lettuce Grow. You must return the Farmstand within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns will be subject to a $60 shipping fee, provided the Farmstand is returned in its original packaging, with all of its original parts, in undamaged condition. In the event your pre-paid label is used on any packaging other than the original Farmstand box, the shipping cost by the carrier will be deducted from the refund (ranges from $60 to $200). Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Farmstand has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

If any part is missing or returned in damaged condition, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Lettuce Grow reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Lettuce Grow’s sole discretion. The refund will only be applied to the original payment method.

COUNTERSTAND

We allow Counterstand returns within 60 days of the delivery date. In order to complete your return, you must receive prior authorization from Lettuce Grow. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may choose the carrier of their preference. Returns are not accepted after 60 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Counterstand has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

If any part is missing or returned in damaged condition, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Lettuce Grow reserves the right to refuse the refund at Lettuce Grow’s sole discretion. We recommend packing the product as it was originally shipped to help ensure safe return. The refund will only be applied to the original payment method.
